“The truth is that all of us, no matter who we are or where we live, can and must play a role in restoring nature. It is easy to feel overwhelmed or helpless by the scale of the problems facing our planet, but the solutions are within our grasp. I am optimistic about the future, because although nature is in crisis, now is the time to act, for together we can still save it.”

David Attenborough

The fate of our planet is at stake!

Millions of hectares of forests are cut down every year due to deforestation caused by pallet production. There are already signs of its impact. The diversity of wildlife and the purity of the air are declining. Climate changes, water cycle is disrupted.

Time is out!

Using wooden pallets is obsolete. Beyond its damaging impact on the environment, it has also reached the limits of its capabilities. They have a short lifespan, are difficult to recycle, easily contaminated and are a fire hazard.

Sustainability can’t wait.

The situation caused by traditional pallets is unsustainable. We must act quickly for the future of the Earth and humanity. We knew we were embarking on a long and difficult journey, but protecting our planet is everyone’s duty.

The route of our development

Our 15-year history in the pallet industry and our perseverance have inspired us to break new ground. We set out in several directions to finally experiment with making the pallet of the future from recycled plastic. Together with the University of Miskolc, we have started to create the conditions for sustainable plastic pallet production.

The key to the solution

Our dedicated team is working tirelessly to develop a technology patent that will ensure the automated production of pallets that is fast, accurate, economical and totally environmentally friendly.

What benefits does it offer?

We have to cut less trees

for a packaging material we often destroy after transportation, this includes one-way pallets.

Pallets don’t have to be dried

or heat treated, it won’t mould like wooden pallets and can also be used to make packing cases.

No waste material is produced,

as chips or falling off pieces can be re-extruded after sizing.

Robots can also be used in manufacturing

for we work with standard dimensions, unlike pallets, where driftwoods have different thicknesses.

Environmentally friendly

It produces less waste material throughout the world.

Recycability

Excess pallets can be re-milled and extruded to make new pallets.
